Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days from the date the order is placed.

Orders are processed during normal business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unexpected delays outside our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to eligible delivery areas based on the options available at checkout. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the ordering process or contacted after your order is placed.

Delays and Exceptions

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, delays can sometimes happen due to factors beyond our control. These may include courier service interruptions, severe weather, high seasonal demand, customs delays if applicable, or issues with the information provided at checkout.

Luxentra is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered by the customer.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and assist you in finding a solution.
